Web Site Accessibility
Course Technology is committed to providing equal access to Web-based information in accordance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Course Technology has undergone an initiative to ensure that many of our Web pages will be readable by all people, including those with disabilities.
Course Technology used Bobby Worldwide, the leading Web site accessibility technology, to analyze our Web site for compliance with Section 508. Bobby Worldwide is a tool used by Web page authors to help them identify changes to their pages so users with disabilities can more easily use their Web pages.
Most of Course Technology's Web pages conform to both the automated and manual checks used by the Section 508 test within the Bobby tool. The Bobby 508 check uses the guidelines for accessibility adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (Access Board) of the U.S. Federal Government. The Section 508 Guidelines are a series of 16 checkpoints that encompass 11 Priority 1 WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and five additional guidelines adopted by the Access Board. For more specific information about Section 508 Guidelines go to their Web site at:

Course Technology and its Web page developers are committed to understanding Section 508 standards and applying them in designing and creating any new Web pages for our sites.
