Course Technology Expands Its Offerings in Computer Science with Titles Previously Published by Brooks/Cole
Course Technology is excited to announce a computer science integration with our sister company, Brooks/Cole, a worldwide leader in publishing for mathematics, statistics, and the sciences. Effective January 1, 2004, all computer science titles previously published by Brooks/Cole are transferred to Course Technology. This transfer of titles will produce stronger and more focused publishing programs for both businesses and strengthen Course Technology's leadership position in Computer Science Education.
By adding Brooks/Cole's highly regarded computer science titles to our own premiere list of titles, Course Technology now can provide customers with a comprehensive list of textbook and technology products for the computer science curriculum. With our strong publishing and marketing focus, combined with a dedicated and specialized sales force for this market, our customers will continue to receive consultative options to meet their course needs.
"This list transfer will allow us to better meet the needs of instructors teaching computer science courses throughout the curriculum, from introductory to the advanced-level courses, " said Kristen Duerr, Course Technology's Executive Vice President for Academic and Technology Publishing. "We plan to build on our existing relationships in computer science departments by offering additional solutions in new course areas and through new authorship."
Course Technology is prepared and responsible to service your course needs for both Brooks/Cole and Course Technology computer science offerings. All review and desk copies, supplements, and technology solutions are supported by Course Technology's dedicated sales force, support services, and technology support.
