Fourteen years ago, we had an idea – an idea to teach computer skills in a visual and engaging way. The result – based on advice from instructional designers and customers – was The Illustrated Series, which, since then, has provided thousands of students with a visual and flexible way to build computer skills.

Our popular, streamlined format presents each lesson on a two-page spread, with step-by-step instructions on the left, and oversized screen illustrations on the right. This signature style, coupled with high-caliber content, has made The Illustrated Series a favorite with students and instructors alike, who find our books easy to follow, easy to absorb, and a great reference tool after class is over.
